Gyeonggi Province has decided to cooperate closely with local medical organizations for a stable new coronavirus infection (Corona 19) vaccination that will accelerate the recovery of residents’ daily lives.
Gyeonggi Governor Lee Jae-myeong signed a business agreement with Gyeonggi-do Medical Association Chairman Dong-wook Lee, Gyeonggi Medical Association Chairman Chung Young-jin, and Gyeonggi Nursing Association Chairman Dong-Yeon Dong-yeon at the Gyeonggi-do Office’s situation room on the 10th to cooperate with the Gyeonggi-do Corona 19 Vaccination Protocol. .
According to the agreement, the Dodo medical organization plans to promote the corona19 vaccination without any disruption in accordance with the government’s vaccine supply and vaccination timing.
The province decided to promptly provide relevant information on vaccination to local medical organizations, and to promote vaccinations and educate medical personnel with medical organizations.
Medical organizations will participate in vaccinations so that citizens can receive vaccinations safely and quickly, and will do their best to support medical personnel such as doctors and nurses in operating vaccination centers installed in administrative districts in the province.
The province plans to form vaccination promotion teams and regional councils in 31 cities and counties, and establish a total of 42 vaccination centers, one per administrative district. Currently, 66 candidates, including sports facilities and public facilities, have been secured. A total of 3,952 hospitals commissioned vaccinations from 31 cities and counties expressed their intention to participate.
