This webinar is co-hosted by the Blockchain Law Society, Join D, and KAIST, with the theme of’Legal Review on DeFi (Decentral Finance)’. It is expected to be a place to consider legally the current status of the DeFi industry, which was an issue last year, and its issues.
OneIn a speaker session, Lee Jung-yeop, president of the Blockchain Law Association (President Judge of the Uijeongbu District Court) talks about the need for legal consideration of blockchainism and DeFi. Following this, reporter Park Sang-hyuk and Jo Indie will present the characteristics and trends of the DeFi project through empirical examples. Lastly, Kim Dong-hwan, attorney at D-Lite Law Firm, plans to conclude the first part session focusing on the legal issues inherent in the DeFi structure.
