1 million won increase per 3.3㎡… More than 9.17 million won in Gangnam-gu

The average sale price per 3.3㎡ of apartments in Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, has risen the most among apartments by city and district in the past year. Bundang-gu is the only country in the country with an average selling price of more than 10 million won.

According to the trend of housing prices in KB Real Estate, the average sale price per 3.3㎡ of apartments in Bundang-gu last month was 44.39 million won. This is an increase of 1 million won from 34.38 million won in the same month last year.

After Bundang-gu, Gyeonggi-do, the average sale price per 3.3㎡ of apartments in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, rose 9.17 million won, ranking second. The average sale price per 3.3m2 of apartments in Gangnam-gu increased from 66.4 million won in March last year to 75.59 million won this year.

Next, Songpa-gu rose from 45.1 million won to 54.33 million won, an average selling price of 9.16 million won per 3.3 square meter.

According to the Korea Real Estate Agency, the number of apartment transactions in Bundang-gu last year was 11,413, the largest since the statistics were written in 2006.

Meanwhile, the place where the average jeonse price per 3.3㎡ per city and district in the country rose the most over the past year was Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

In March last year, the average jeonse price per 3.3㎡ of apartment in Gangnam-gu was 30.64 million won, but in March this year, it rose 7.87 million won to 38.51 million won.
