KT’s new union “must be reorganized into an incentive system linked to sales profits”

On the 19th, the new KT union, which is the 2nd KT union, demanded that it be reorganized into an incentive system linked to operating profits.

KT’s new union issued a statement on the day and argued that “It is the demand of young employees to measure corporate performance reasonably and distribute it fairly, but KT’s incentive pay system actually changed its name from regular bonuses when it was a public corporation.”

He added, “There is no adequate compensation and management for excellent talent, and employees who are desperate by the lagging corporate culture of display by executives who are immersed in internal competition are leaving the company when they have the opportunity.”
