A survey result showed that’KT M Mobile’ has the highest satisfaction with affordable phone users.

On the 26th, the Korea Consumer Agency announced the results of a survey on customer satisfaction and usage of 1,200 experienced users of the top three affordable phone services. The survey was conducted in a way to evaluate the overall customer satisfaction by reflecting the satisfaction level in the three areas (service quality, service product evaluation, service experience) and comprehensive satisfaction (overall satisfaction, satisfaction versus expectation, satisfaction versus ideal) as 50% each. .

The overall satisfaction of the three cheap phone services surveyed was an average of 3.59 points out of 5 points. By business operator, KT M Mobile scored the highest with 3.66 points. LG Hello Mobile has 3.58 points and SK Seven Mobile has 3.52 points.

In terms of satisfaction by sector, service product evaluation (product evaluation) satisfaction and service experience (favorability) satisfaction, which is an evaluation of the subjective feelings that consumers feel while experiencing the service, were respectively 3.46 points on average, while service quality satisfaction averaged 3.43 points.

As for the method of signing up for a cheap phone, 79.8% of them subscribed to the SIM chip directly, and 20.2% of them subscribed to the plan with the purchase of a terminal. As for the communication standard of affordable phone handsets, 91.2% of respondents were using LTE, and the rate of using 5G was 5.2%.

76.4% of SKT, KT, and LGU+ moved to affordable phone carriers, and the rest were users from other affordable phone carriers. By business operator, KT M Mobile and LG Hello Mobile used KT, and SK Seven Mobile used SKT and moved to a higher proportion.
