Chairman Koo Ja-cheol was only 122 out of 123 people who lost 24 strokes without a buddy in the first round of the KPGA Senior Masters (total prize money of 100 million won) held at the Solaro Country Club (par 72, 6,768 yards) in Taean, Chungcheongnam-do on the 24th. .

Even the players who hit the 5 over par advance to the second round, and Chairman Koo Ja-cheol was a whopping 19 strokes from the cut baseline.

President Koo came out as a player in the tournament to commemorate the late Park Seung-ryong, who died of a myocardial infarction during the first round of the tournament, which opened at Club D Boeun CC in Boeun, Chungcheongbuk-do last October.
