In addition, while maximizing work efficiency through Naver’s voice recognition and natural language processing technology, the company plans to explore various cooperation models, such as logging in with Naver ID on the Korean Air website and app and paying for tickets with Naver Pay.

Naver allows users to experience convenience through its services even in the process of air travel, and the user pattern accumulated in the process is reflected in the advancement of the original technology, and the advanced technology is reflected in the service again to increase user satisfaction. We plan to build a structure.

Naver said, “Not only the original technology, but also various services such as smart order and Papago will be able to provide new usability by organically grafting into the aviation service field.”
