In addition, on the 8th, it decided to temporarily suspend manufacturing, sales, and recall measures for six drugs that Binex voluntarily reported that they were manufactured differently from the license requirements. On the 10th, the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety’s Weihai Normal Investigation Group (Spanish Group) began a search and seizure of Binex’s Busan factory.
The Pharmaceutical Bio Association said, “Binex’s actions are unacceptable and cannot help but be shocked by crimes. This should never happen in pharmaceutical companies that produce drugs that have a profound impact on the health and life of the people.” Emphasized. In addition, he added, “Apart from the measures taken by the government authorities such as additional investigation by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, the association will thoroughly grasp the facts as soon as possible and take decisive measures against punishment such as referral to the ethics committee against Binex.”
