[라이센스뉴스 김지훈 기자] The Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled (Chairman Hyang-Hyeon Cho, hereinafter referred to as the’Industrial Complex’) is recruiting companies that wish to participate in the’Somseom Oksu’ project to create jobs for people with severe disabilities by linking and utilizing the resources possessed by public institutions.
‘Somseom Oksu’, a job creation platform, is a business that provides free nail care services to customers who use the railroad by employing severely handicapped women by using idle spaces at major railway stations across the country.
In 2020, the Korean Railway (providing idle space in the station), the National Railway (approved for use of places in the station), and the Corporation (customized manpower pool support and consulting for the employment of the disabled, etc.) will each play a role for the smooth promotion of the’Island Islands’ project. A shared business agreement has been signed.
The Corporation plans to provide a variety of employment security services free of charge, such as recruitment agencies for persons with disabilities who wish to be hired, customized job training through the Corporation’s customized training center, assistive technology equipment necessary for the operation of the workplace, and labor support personnel.
On the other hand, the’Somseom Oksu’ project is the second recruiting of participating companies this year, and stores were set up in three railway stations in April, and Daejeon Station (Western Power Co., Ltd.-A Wonderful Woman Who Opens Tomorrow), Yongsan Station (Co., Ltd.) ADT Caps), a store in Gimcheon-Gumi Station (Korea Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd.) is scheduled to open in June. 36 people with disabilities will work at the store.
Chairman Hyang-Hyun Cho said, “The publicly owned resources, which were considered only as places of movement, have been reinterpreted as a platform that contains the social value of creating jobs for people with severe disabilities.” Said.
Companies and organizations that wish to participate in the’Somseom Oksu’ project can download an application form after checking the announcement at the website of the Industrial Complex.
