A kindergarten teacher who smashed his buttocks by pulling back a chair where a 6-year-old was sitting was handed over to trial and sentenced to a fine.
Judge Sung Joon-gyu, who was solely responsible for the punishment of child abuse crimes, sentenced a fine of 5 million won to A (27, female), a former kindergarten teacher in Incheon, who was charged with child abuse by a child welfare facility worker, etc. 23) revealed.
Mr. A was charged with abusing two students at a kindergarten in Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, where he was working as a teacher on June 13 of the same year as on May 31, 2019.
He said he wasn’t eating because he was focused on mealtime, and suddenly pulled back the chair where a 6-year-old was sitting on the back and crushed his buttocks.
Thirty minutes later, the protozoan, who had eaten alone, noticed and approached, grabbing his arm roughly and shoving it back.
Mr. A pushed another 5-year-old student between the diocesan and the table, saying he couldn’t do it properly during the parish class.

The prosecution determined that Mr. A’s behavior was emotionally abusive, which adversely affects the child’s mental health and development.
At the trial, Mr. A argued, “I acted like a prosecution to discipline or guide the children,” and “it cannot be viewed as abuse.”
However, the sex judge decided that “the defendant’s actions against the victims were an act of emotional abuse that went beyond just disciplinary action.”
He said, “The defendant committed a crime even though he had to properly protect and educate the child.”
