A commemorative photo taken by North Korean leader Kim Jong-un with the soldiers in the escort and public security divisions after the 8th Labor Party Congress on the 16th was released.

It is unusual for Chairman Kim to take commemorative photos by calling escort and public security soldiers specially to the headquarters of the Party Central Committee.
