Kim Jong-in, chairman of the People’s Power Emergency Countermeasures Committee, pointed out to Supreme Court Chief Kim Myung-soo, who has been controversial for `false explanations.’

He added, “I wonder if there was such an incompetent and unconscionable Chief Justice since the democratization in 1987,” he added. “Even though I lie, I don’t know how to be ashamed, I only think about preserving my place with my head up.”

Chairman Kim said, “There were many twists and turns in our modern history, but the strength that has maintained the Republic of Korea to this day is because there were people who kept their position silently under any circumstances, and in terms of state management, no matter how much the legislature and administration serve as the government’s maidservant, And there was a judiciary that maintained authority,” he stressed. In addition, he said, “I would like to ask if the independence of the judiciary, which the people achieved through blood and sweat and protected through history, has been ridiculed like today.”

After quoting the German philosopher Schopenhauer’s words, “Honor is the conscience that is revealed and the conscience is the honor that dwells on the inside,” Kim said, “I believe that the judiciary will try to regain the pride and authority that has collapsed by asking the president of the Supreme Court. The people are watching the judiciary,” he stressed.

Currently, members of the People’s Power are holding a “relay No. 1 demonstration” in front of the Supreme Court, urging them to resign until Chief Justice Kim resigns. In addition, the work was initiated to make a white paper by organizing the problems of the Kim Supreme Court system.
