After submitting the accusation, the active Bindan also announced that it would hold a condemnation demonstration in front of the Justice Party company.
Previously, Rep. Jang, a victim of sexual harassment, said he would not sue former CEO Kim, but since sexual crime is not a parental offense due to the revision of the Criminal Law, an investigation can be initiated even if there is an accusation from a third party other than the victim.
Earlier, CEO Kim issued a written statement the day before and bowed his head, acknowledging the fact of sexual harassment against Rep. Jang, saying, “I deeply apologize to you and the people.”
