Kim Jin-wook’s first high-ranking officials, the chief of criminal investigations, said, “I will dispose of all (stocks).”

Candidate Kim said at a National Assembly personnel hearing on the 19th, and Democratic Party lawmaker Baek Hye-ryeon said,’There may be a conflict of interest. Wouldn’t it be nice to organize stocks?’

Candidate Kim also said, “I apologize,” saying, “It was not appropriate as a candidate for high-ranking public officials,” even for the fact of working hours stock trading pointed out by Congressman Jeon Joo-hye.

According to the personnel hearing request, candidate Kim’s shares are worth KRW 16.67 million, of which more than 90% are Miko Biomed, a KOSDAQ box company.

Previously, the opposition party raised a suspicion of using undisclosed information regarding the participation of Candidate Kim in the capital increase of Miko Biomed, and questioned the process of participation and eligibility for assignment.

Kim Seong-woo, CEO of Miko Biomed, responded to the hearing on the grounds that no undisclosed information was provided.
