Blue House petition capture
On Christmas Eve, on the 24th of last month, in connection with the case where A (42), head of the Gimhae Private Emergency Transit Corps in Gyeongnam Province, assaulted a coworker for 10 hours and left him to die, a petition from the Blue House to apply the charges of murder came up.
Petitioner who revealed that he was the younger brother of the dead B (42) said, “The only brother on Christmas Eve left for heaven,” and “Mr. A repeatedly beaten like torture for hours until the moment his brother stopped breathing.” And wrote.
Petitioner explained, “When my brother faints, I am petitioning because I can’t see the demon-like A and his assistant who raised him up and beaten and mocked him and enjoyed his brother’s pain.”
He complained that his deceased brother was beaten, intimidated, and extorted for four years, and that he had not quit due to a memorandum of wages and a memorandum of unfair debt performance, and suffered in pain and lived a miserable life.
As a result of the police investigation, it was confirmed that Mr. A continued to assault and neglect Mr. B for more than 10 hours from 1 pm on the 24th of last month.
The police said that after Mr. B failed to resist and was unilaterally assaulted, based on the fact that Mr. A had been practicing psychological control (gas lighting) such as violence, abuse, coercion, etc. It is believed to have died and is being investigated.
A number of traces of assault, including blood bruises, were found on the face and chest of Mr. B who died, and the causal relationship between the assault and death was confirmed at the first inspection of the National Institute of Scientific Investigation.
In this regard, the Gyeongnam Police Agency and the Kim Haebu Police Department, which are investigating the case, explained that they are considering the application of the murder charges against Mr. A. Currently, only injuries are applied.
It also revealed that it is actively investigating whether or not related persons such as labor exploitation, additional victims, and Mr. A’s wife are involved.
The petition, posted on the 4th, was agreed to by 4061 as of 3pm on the 5th. To meet the Blue House official response requirements, 200,000 people must agree.
