Popular webtoon writer Gian84 revealed his feelings about various controversies and bad comments toward him.
On the 15th, a webtoon writer and YouTuber Joo Seong-man (the end of this year) posted a video titled’Gian 84 Interview Part 1-Webtoon is difficult now’ on his YouTube channel. In this video, Composure Man interviewed Kian 84 with writer Joo Ho-min.
In an interview that day, Gian 84 said, “In a way, when I was in my 20s, I was a young man and I was wandering about my job. Now that I am in the axis where I eat well and live well, it has become deceptive to draw cartoons on the side of the weak. I have to draw it,” he said.
When the composure man asked, “Then, what’s next?” Kian 84 complained, “No, there is no next one. I don’t know. Now I’m having trouble with cartoons.” When the composure man asked, “Is it a retirement declaration?”, he replied, “It’s not Kian 84,” but “I really like serialization. 10 years now. Kian 84 confessed that he wanted to become a singer, saying, “My dream was a singer in elementary school.” When the composure man asked, “I think of my dream when I was young because I’m good enough to eat and live, do you want to become a dance singer through the YouTube channel called Life 84?” said Kian 84, “I want to be a ballad singer.”
When Joo Ho-min asked, “Why don’t you try to be a dance singer in case you’re cursing me?”, Gian 84 said, “Why does he appear on TV because the kids swear at me?” “I’ll eat it,” he said, showing his concern about his negative gaze toward himself.
