A 16-month-old adopted child, who died of abuse by the prosecution, analyzed the psychological analysis of her mother-in-law (35), and found that he had a high propensity to psychopath.
On the 2nd, Channel A reported that as a result of a clinical psychological evaluation of Jang in early December of last year, the prosecution showed a high tendency to psychopath, an antisocial personality disorder that is insensitive to the pain of others and does not feel guilty.
According to reports, Jang received a score close to 25, the criterion for diagnosing psychopaths, out of 40 on this test. Criminal psychology analysts believe that the score in the 20s is a high level that is not common for first-time offenders.
Jang said that despite showing guilty in this test, he lacked awareness of what he did wrong, and that he suffered from losing Jeong In-i, but did not show any emotional stress.
Based on the results of such psychological analysis, the police are known to have changed Jang’s main charge from child abuse fatality to murder, and changed the child abuse fatality charge to a preliminary prosecution.
Professor Lee Soo-jeong of the Department of Crime Psychology at Gyeonggi University said, “(Jeong In-yang) has no deep feelings psychologically in the process of dying,” and said, “There is a possibility of a psychopath in terms of poor empathy and no guilt.”
In fact, even though Jung In is expected to suffer, this tendency can be seen in the act of pushing the stroller against the wall of the elevator or leaving the child in pain and going out.
Professor Lee explained, “Abu does well and does well when he needs it, and when he doesn’t need it, he (behaves) like a very cruel psychopath. Because he has excessive self-esteem, he has appeared on TV.” The Jang couple appeared in a documentary featuring EBS adopted families that aired on September 1 of last year, about ten days before Jung In’s death, and directed the appearance of a harmonious adoptive family.
On the other hand, on the 3rd, the 13th Criminal Division of the Seoul Southern District Court (President Judge Lee Sang-ju), Yang Mo Jang, who was convicted of murder and child abuse and fatality from 10 am on the 3rd, and Yangbu Ahn, who was indicted without custody on charges such as child abuse and abandonment. The third trial date is held and the witness newspaper procedure is carried out.
While the prosecution is concentrating on verifying Mr. Jang’s unwritten intention, Mr. Jang denies the allegations, saying he did not intend to kill him. Ahn said, “I know the abuse, I never helped,” said Mr. Ahn last month. “I will receive any punishment sweetly, and I will apologize to my child with a heart of atonement for the rest of my life.” It is reported that he submitted a second statement of reflection to the court.
