Cho Jae-hyun’s’Me Too’ three-year dispute ended with Mr. A, who claimed the damage, gave up the appeal.

According to the legal community on the 26th, Mr. A, who lost in a claim for damages of 300 million won, saying, “I was sexually assaulted by Jo Jae-hyun,” did not appeal for two weeks after the judgment, and the sentence was confirmed.

Mr. A insisted that in 2018, when the craze for’Me too’ (I was also hit), “I was 17 years old, in 2004, I was sexually assaulted by Cho Jae-hyun.” Since then, it filed a lawsuit for damages of 300 million won, but on the 8th, the 17th Division of the Civil Agreement of the Seoul Central District Court ruled against the plaintiff, saying, “We dismiss the plaintiff’s claim.”
