The apartment house where Jang Dong-Geon and Ko So-young live has become the most expensive apartment in the country, beating the luxury row house of the late Samsung Electronics Chairman Lee Kun-hee,’Traum House 5th’.

According to the’Apartment Housing with the highest publicly priced 2021′ released by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport on the 15th,’The Penthouse Cheongdam’ was ranked first in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, where Jang Dong-gun and his wife live. The area for exclusive use of this apartment is 407.71m2, and the official price is 16.32 billion won, which is 132 million won per pyeong.

It is estimated that only the ownership tax that must be paid this year is 4953 million won. The property tax is expected to be 38.5 million won and the ending tax is expected to be 290 million won.

It is known that Jang Dong-gun and Ko So-young, golf player Park In-bi, Chae Seung-seok, former CEO of Aekyung Development, and first-stroke mathematics instructor Hyun Woo-jin are living here.

In the case of Jang Dong-gun and Ko So-young, in April 2017, the Penthouse Cheongdam 83 pyeong (211.94㎡·62.02㎡) duplex unit purchased.

The third place is’Hyosung Villa Cheongdam 101′ in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, with an official price of 7 billion.64 billion won. The fourth and fifth place was Sangji Ritzville’s Kyle Room (only 273㎡·214㎡) in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, which was rated at 793 million won and 71.1 billion won, respectively.

Hannam The Hill, Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, which was second in last year, fell to sixth with an official price of 7 billion won this year.
