Recently, the body of Kim Seong-hoon (25), who is known for the ‘Yellow Message of Jamsu Bridge’, eagerly seeking his son, was found in the Han River. It has been 17 days since he disappeared.

On the 25th, the Seocho Police Station said, “While searching while expanding the range of the Han River Patrol, Kim’s body was found in the Han River under Dongjak Bridge at around 11 am yesterday.” Dongjak Bridge is about 2km away from the Jamsu Bridge where Mr. Kim stopped his vehicle. No specific matters were found on the body, and it is expected to be handed over to the bereaved family for a funeral without an autopsy.

Mr. Kim’s sister told the online community where he posted an article about Mr. Kim’s disappearance. I wrote it down.

“Sunghoon will take him to Haenam,” he said. “My parents must have prepared a lot of delicious food because our son must have been very hungry. He added, “I am very grateful to those who visited me like my family after Seonghun disappeared this time, took care of me, comforted me, and caught us well in case we might be shaken.”

Kim disappeared after parking a vehicle at Jamsu Bridge on the 7th. A citizen who considered a car that was left unattended for a long time reported it to the police on the 12th and began a search for the first time. Lightning bullets remained in the back seat of the vehicle, and the black box was cut off after entering the submerged bridge. A one-minute video was also found on a cell phone in the car, suggesting an extreme choice. After hearing the news, the families who went to Tokyo in Haenam added a’yellow post-it’ to find Kim on the railing of the Jamsu Bridge, and Kim’s story became known.
