On the 6th, Governor Lee, who has been putting out welfare economic policies such as basic income one after another, on his political agenda, posted the same content on his Facebook page on the 6th.

Governor Lee said, “There was a time when the view that welfare and economy were incompatible, but in the near future when artificial intelligence robots produce most of human needs, everything must change. In the smart digital era, where the emphasis is placed on welfare and economy, welfare economy or economic welfare is possible and should be as much as possible.”

“As there was a time when everyday welfare was unfamiliar now, basic income, basic housing, and basic loans are now unfamiliar to our lives as a daily system that relieves polarization, revitalizes the economy, and restores communities. I will be in.”

There is a lot of resistance and opposition now, but a system such as basic income will become an essential system in the future.

Governor Lee cited a part of the book “Politics as a profession” by German sociologist Max Weber, saying, “It is politics to make the impossible possible and to make new paths.”

The quoted part is, “Politics is a job that penetrates hard and slowly through hard planks, with both passion and a sense of balance. Until now, if people who challenged the impossible had not continued to appear, mankind would probably not have achieved even what is possible.”

Governor Lee seems to have written such an article to emphasize that even an institution that is currently invisible to common sense should be realized according to a political vision.
