Afterwards, the Blue House passed over 200,000 consent, which is the standard for official responses, in one day, and the number of people who agreed to the petition as of 12:30 p.m. on the 26th exceeded 330,000.

He continued, “I urge the three judges of the Seoul Central District Court Criminal Agreement, which are the judges who made the first court ruling, to propose an impeachment prosecution at the level of the National Assembly representing the people.” “The reason is that the three judges It is because it severely violates Article 103 of the Constitution, which requires judgment according to conscience.”

Also, “In the first place, the prosecution searched all the documents related to the child’s entrance examination in the process of compulsory investigation and separate investigation on all related to the former Minister of Justice Cho Kook and his family for political purposes, and (through this) all documents submitted during the entrance examination were forged. He said, “The three judges above acknowledged and accepted all of the prosecution’s claims.”

Petitioner immediately asked Professor Chung to initiate a proposal for impeachment proceedings against the three judges who sentenced him to imprisonment, asking him to introduce a jury system and to legislate the judges to be elected instead of appointed.

Earlier, on the 23rd, Part 25 of the Criminal Agreement of the Seoul Central District Court was judged guilty on 11 out of 15 charges of Professor Jeong’s private equity investment, destruction, forgery, concealment of evidence, irregularities for entrance examinations, and false receipt of subsidies, and was imprisoned for 4 years , A fine of 500 million won and an additional fine of 140 million won were sentenced and court arrested.
