Is there a solidarity mock exam question in Byeonsi?… Na Kyung-won “Another Ministry of Justice”

Amid suspicions that some of the 10th bar exam questions were similar to the explanation data for the Yonsei University Law School’s mock exam, Na Gyeong-won, a former member of the Mirae Integration Party, criticized, “Unfortunately, the Ministry of Justice is the Ministry of Justice again.”

On the 8th, former lawmaker Na wrote in his social network service (SNS), saying that it is a “very serious matter” regarding this suspicion.

He said, “It can significantly undermine the trust of the law school system and the bar exam of the general public, as well as the applicants and law school students who have taken the test,” he said. “What the 2030 generations most desperately hope for is the bar exam, which is the gateway to enter the legal profession. The process should never be shaken.”

He emphasized, “If any irregularities are found in the exam preparation process, the bar exam should be retaken, and there should be intensive reprimand and punishment for those involved.”

He then added, “Please, let’s do things right” to the Ministry of Justice.

Earlier, a lawyer posted a post titled’The 10th Bar Exam Questions and Mock Exam Questions at Parent School’ on his SNS. He raised suspicion, saying, “Is this possible in the bar exam problem? For reference, that problem is not in any textbook on the market.”

On the other hand, the Ministry of Justice said on the controversy on the day, “There was a question that some of the public law record-type questions on the first day of the bar exam were presented in a similar structure to the mock exam questions of the parent law school, so we are confirming the facts.”
