A middle school female teacher in the Gyeonggi region reported that he had been sexually harassed regularly by the principal and his students, but the education authorities tried to determine whether they were authentic or not.
According to the Gyeonggi-do Office of Education on the 3rd, it is grasping the facts of the petition posted on the Cheongwadae’s public petition bulletin board entitled’Please cover up sexual harassment and give discipline to the school administrator for the second offense’.
Mr. A, a petitioner who introduced himself as a middle school teacher belonging to the Provincial Office of Education, claimed that he was sexually harassed by his students and suggested it to the principal, but instead of taking action, he claimed that he suffered secondary sexual harassment from the principal.
Mr. A said, “In a public meeting from September to December, 2019, a student asked’Are you going to be a teacher?’ “Who are you living with? Oh, I imagined it, I’m nosebleed,” he said with a laugh. “I told the school principal’it is difficult because of the sexual harassment case, but no action was taken.”
He added, “In the same year, another disciple applied for the’Kyoto Rights Protection Committee’ to the principal and the vice-principal with the remarks of’I am pretty’, but the principal told me not to make the work big.”
In this process, Mr. A said that he suffered secondary damage from the school principal, such as, “Don’t wear tight jeans,” “These days, these guys are me too, everything is sensitive” and “(Mr. A) is pretty.
Mr. A said, “One day the principal called me to see a bra from a parent. “Is it a navy bra?” He said. “Since then, I wear thick clothes and don’t even make up, but one manager said,’Why don’t you go around?’ “There was also an evaluation of appearance,” he explained.
He said that last winter, he was diagnosed with depression by a psychiatrist, and was taking medication.
In addition, in February of last year, he appealed to the provincial office of education that only the answer was returned to the provincial office of education saying that it should not be due to the lack of annual leave to a suggestion that it should not be moved to another school due to maladaptation.

It is reported that the principal is about to retire from retirement.
Mr. A said, “I hope that the school principal who concealed the sexual harassment case and who committed the second offense will be deprived of the public service position and will not receive a pension.”
In response, an official from the provincial office of education said, “Currently, we are checking the authenticity through the provincial office of education and 25 educational support offices.”
Meanwhile, the petition received the consent of 13,614 people as of 1:30 pm on the 3rd.
When the Blue House national petition receives more than 200,000 people’s consent, the Blue House and government officials must respond within one month of the petition’s end.
