Apple’s next-generation iPhone operating system, iOS15, expected to be released in June, has been announced that it will stop supporting some older iPhone models.

On the 21st (local time), the French IT media iPhoneSoft quoted a well-known source and said that iOS15, released this year, will not support the 2015 iPhone 6S, iPhone 6S Plus, and 2016 iPhone SE with A9 processor.

In the case of the next-generation iPad operating system, iPadOS 15, it is predicted that support for the iPad mini 4, iPad Air 2 in 2014, and iPad 5 in 2017 will end.

Foreign media say it’s not surprising, as Apple provides software updates for four to five years after launching new devices.
