Ionic 5 customer-specific service coming out

Hyundai Motor Company will provide membership services such as electric vehicle charging benefits to customers who purchase the first dedicated electric vehicle’Ioniq 5′, which is scheduled to be released next month. On the 26th, Hyundai Motor Company announced that it will provide one of nine services in four fields, including charging, car care, leisure, and life and culture, for free from next month through a membership service named’Ioniq the Unique’.

The service that can be selected in the charging sector is an 11kW home charger or a common prepaid card worth 300,000 won. In car care, you can choose a door-to-door car wash pass, a premium car wash pass tailored to your vehicle, and a life scratch protection film construction pass. In the leisure category, there are glamping accommodation vouchers, car camping equipment and milk kits, and in Life and Culture, you can subscribe to an annual streaming service voucher, coffee, wine, and eco-friendly kits.

The services provided by IONIQ D Unique can be applied by customers who shipped IONIQ 5 through My Hyundai application (app) after signing up for Blue Members.

In order to improve the convenience of electric vehicle charging, Hyundai Motor Company plans to conduct a pilot operation in the Seoul area next month and expand it nationwide after picking up and charging customer electric vehicles and delivering them.

Meanwhile, Ioniq 5’s officially certified mileage was revealed on that day. Hyundai Motor Company announced that the Ioniq 5 long-range rear-wheel drive model was recently certified by the Ministry of Environment for a maximum mileage of 429 km after one full charge. On the 23rd of last month, Hyundai Motor Company revealed at the IONIQ 5 online world premier event, “As a result of the self-conducted survey, the mileage was found to be 410~430km per full charge.”

However, certification by the Ministry of Environment is currently underway for other four-wheel drive models of Ioniq 5 or standard grades with a smaller battery capacity than the long range, and these models are expected to show shorter mileage than long-range rear-wheel drive.
