The spread of the new coronavirus infection (Corona 19) in Korea has seldom stopped, and confirmed cases have appeared one after another across the country.
According to the Central Defense Countermeasure Headquarters (Bangdaebon) on the 3rd, new infections were confirmed in restaurants, correctional facilities, and workplaces.
First, regarding’Pocha Endpanwang Kondae Branch’, a restaurant located in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, a total of 43 people, including visitors, workers, and families, were confirmed after the first confirmed patient (indicator patient) occurred on the 29th of last month.
A total of nine prisoners have been confirmed since the 1st at Seoul Southern Prison in Guro-gu.
At one workplace in Dongdaemun-gu, a total of 12 people, including family members and workers, have been confirmed, and an epidemiological investigation is underway.
In addition to Seoul, new cases of infection have followed in the metropolitan area.
Regarding a manufacturer in Gwangju, Gyeonggi Province, 11 workers have been tested positive so far and are undergoing treatment, and in Anyang City, a total of 11 people, including family members, colleagues and colleagues’ families, were confirmed.
Additional confirmed cases were also followed in the existing outbreak cases.
Regarding Hanyang University Hospital in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, six additional people were tested positive while tracking and managing contacts, and the cumulative number of confirmed patients is 58. Among the confirmed cases, 20 patients, 19 family members and guardians, 13 caregivers, and 6 workers.
In relation to the homeless facility in Jung-gu, Seoul, 8 additional people were confirmed, and a total of 71 people were confirmed.
In a nursing home in Namyangju, Gyeonggi-do, the number of confirmed cases increased by five more since the 30th of last month, and the number of confirmed cases totaled 16. The number of confirmed cases in childcare facilities in Namyangju also increased by five to a total of 19.
A total of 49 people, including workers, family members, and acquaintances, were counted to have been infected in a manufacturer in Pyeongtaek City.
In the Chungcheong area, cases of infection emerged, centering on distribution companies and livestock companies.
In a distribution company in Dangjin City, 34 workers have been infected since the first confirmed case on the 1st.

An epidemiological investigation is in progress at a livestock product company in Eumseong-gun, as 13 people, including workers and their families, were confirmed.
More confirmed cases were also found in cases of unlicensed alternative educational facilities under Gwangju Buk-gu Church and IM Mission.
To date, a total of 208 confirmed patients have been confirmed in churches, Ace TCS International School, daycare centers, Gwangju TCS International School in Gwangsan-gu, and camp related. The three newly confirmed cases were identified as those related to daycare centers.
In relation to the Antioch Church in Seo-gu, Gwangju, six more were confirmed, and the cumulative confirmed number increased to 125.

In a nursing hospital in Geumjeong-gu, six additional patients were tested positive since the last day, and the cumulative number of confirmed patients is 90. Regarding the western shipping union, a total of 44 people, including workers, family members, and acquaintances, have been confirmed.
The number of confirmed cases related to six facilities, including unapproved alternative educational facilities under IM Mission, increased by four to a total of 389.
Meanwhile, the proportion of patients who do not know when and where they were infected was in the 23% range.
Of the 5,799 new corona19 confirmed cases reported to the quarantine authorities for the last two weeks from the 21st of last month to this day, 1,360 cases are currently being investigated, accounting for 23.5% of the total.
This rate has exceeded the 20% level since the beginning of December last year.
