Six out of ten large corporations have either failed to plan for new hiring in the first half of this year or are not planning to hire one at all. Companies showed great interest in recruiting from time to time. 76.4% of respondents said they would use occasional hiring in new hiring. 38.2% of companies are hiring new personnel only through occasional hiring. Only 23.6% of companies said they would only hire openly.
