This housing project, which the couple has been promoting for a long time, was for a guest house, not a residence. The guest house is located near Jukdo Beach in Yangyang-gun, Gangwon-do.

In the video, Seungah Yoon introduces houses from the yard to the floor, and in the yard, a basketball court, a small garden, electric car charger, and shower facilities were prepared.
