Consumer Service, an average of 3.59 points out of 5 as a result of the satisfaction survey on affordable phones

On the 26th, KT M-Mobile ranked first with 3.66 points as a result of evaluating the overall satisfaction of affordable phones by the Consumer Agency. LG Hello Mobile followed by 3.58 points, and SK Seven Mobile with 3.52 points.
Consumer Service calculated the overall satisfaction by reflecting the satisfaction level in three categories (service quality, service product evaluation, service experience) and comprehensive satisfaction (overall satisfaction, satisfaction versus expectation, satisfaction versus ideal) as 50% each. The overall satisfaction of the three affordable phone services surveyed was an average of 3.59 points.
Looking at the satisfaction level in detail, the evaluation of the product and the original service (product characteristics) such as price, speed, and additional benefits (product characteristics), and the evaluation of the subjective feelings felt while experiencing the service (favorability) averaged 3.46 points, respectively.
The satisfaction rate of service quality, which evaluates all factors other than the product and the original service, was 3.43 points. The average level of satisfaction compared to expectations for the service level of the company was 3.77 points, and the satisfaction level compared to the ideal service level that the industry should provide was 3.69 points.
On the other hand, 20.2% of the people subscribed to the affordable phone service along with the purchase of a terminal, and the rest said that they subscribed to the affordable phone by buying a SIM chip.
91.2% of affordable phone handsets were using the 4th generation (4G) mobile communication Long Term Evolution (LTE) standard, and the rate of using 5G handsets was 5.2%.
76.4% of them moved to affordable phone operators after using 3 mobile communication companies. Among KT M Mobile and LG Hello Mobile users, 43.5% and 32.3% of users moved to a cheap phone after using KT, respectively. It was found that 50.3% of SK Seven Mobile users moved while using SK Telecom.
This survey was conducted online on October 15-20 last year, targeting 400 users with each business operator.
