[아시아경제 배경환 기자] Lee Min-geol, former head of the Planning and Coordination Office of the Court Administration Office, who was handed over to the trial for alleged involvement of the Judicial Nongdan, appealed against the ruling of the first trial. Jeon Lee will be tried on an appeal with former Judge Lee Gyu-jin, a co-defendant who appealed the day before.

According to law enforcement officials on the 26th, Lee’s lawyer filed an appeal against the decision of the 32nd Division of the Criminal Agreement of the Seoul Central District Court (Deputy Judge Yoon Jong-seop), who sentenced him to 10 months in prison and two years probation.

Earlier, after being convicted of conviction, Mr. Lee showed his willingness to appeal, saying, “I’m still on trial, so I’ll tell you in court.”

Jeon Lee was convicted at the first trial for attempting to break down the International Human Rights Law Research Society, a group of judges critical of the judicial administration of the Court Administration Department, and for attempting to grasp the judgment of the court in charge of cases involving a member of the National Assembly Party.

Meanwhile, former judge Lee was charged with illegally collecting secrets inside the Constitutional Court, intervening in a court related to the former Tongjin Party, and inspecting a judge, and was handed over to trial.
