[스포츠니어스 | 김현회 기자] When a person enters the toilet and exits, the position is often different. If you look at the situation of some overseas players who are returning to the K-League these days, you can see this kind of like this. It is a story about Seungho Baek and Jeongbin Park. Baek Seung-ho, who is aiming to join Jeonbuk Hyundai, and Park Jung-bin, who are already wearing FC Seoul uniforms, are being criticized for their selfish actions that can shake the foundation of the Korean soccer youth system. There is no courtesy to the club that helped me as a youth.
Accommodation, vehicle, language… Suwon Samsung gave generously
After graduating from Daedong-cho, Baek Seung-ho left for the Barcelona youth team as soon as he entered Maetanjung, a youth team in Suwon in 2010. Suwon invested in the future of Seungho Baek at the time. While permitting study in Barcelona, in April 2010, Seung-ho Baek and Seung-ho Baek will provide a total of 300 million won each year for three years to help the development of Baek Seung-ho. At the end of the study period, the first agreement was written to go to Maetango. It was a subsidy beyond imagination that junior high school students received a large sum of 100 million won a year.
Of course, there is no free thing in the world. Suwon Samsung provided 300 million won, saying, “You have to come back to us when studying abroad is over,” and Baek Seung-ho promised to “know”. However, when Baek Seung-ho signed a five-year contract with Barcelona in July 2011, it went against the Suwon club. Baek Seung-ho did not properly inform the Suwon club, which provided financial support at the time of signing a five-year contract with Barcelona. Nevertheless, Suwon Samsung decided to continue the support for the remaining two years, and in March 2013 wrote a second agreement with Baek Seung-ho, “If you return to the K League, you will join Suwon unconditionally.”
In the process, Baek Seung-ho asked for an additional 200 million won in the process of preparing the second agreement, but declined. According to Suwon, the second agreement also included a claim that if the contract is violated, it is possible to claim the cost of studying abroad and even compensation for damages. Baek Seung-ho was able to play football in Spain with abundant support at a young age. Suwon invested in Baek Seung-ho, including accommodation, vehicles, and language support. But Seungho Baek broke his promise. He gave up the team that would not be easy to serve as a devotion partner and started negotiations with other teams. Baek Seung-ho broke the contract with Suwon and sat down with Jeonbuk.

No legal effect? Oil fountain
It is also an oil fountain. Baek Seung-ho’s side is known to insist that the contents of the agreement have no legal effect, as Suwon decided not to provide additional support in the process of preparing the second agreement. Even Suwon later learned through media reports that Baek Seung-ho is in discussions with the Jeonbuk club. An official from Suwon said, “The stage that can be resolved through dialogue with Baek Seung-ho has passed. It’s not a matter of collecting support. The club believes that this will shake the foundation of the K-League youth policy. He said in a strong tone that he must also restore the reputation of Suwon, which was cracked.
For Suwon Samsung, the issue of Baek Seung-ho as a competitive team in the K-League is not important. Since I was a youth, I have not spared full support, but I have violated’morality’ and there is even a clear contract here. Suwon Samsung is not a club that is very friendly, although its operating costs have been reduced compared to the past. Before this season, when Kim Jong-woo, who had been on the team for a long time, was in a situation where he had to transfer, he said, “The transfer fee doesn’t matter so much, so move to the place you want.” Of course, it was possible because the transfer fee difference was not so large, but Suwon Samsung is not without affection.
However, Baek Seung-ho insists that the contents of the agreement have no legal effect, as Suwon decided not to provide additional support in the process of writing the second agreement. Even though Baek Seung-ho’s argument was correct, he made a hundred concessions, but Baek Seung-ho’s behavior was wrong in moral terms. It is morally wrong to have supported young players who might succeed or fail for such a long time by hundreds of millions of won. Well, when this happens, there are many cases where parents or agents try to overturn all of their responsibilities, but if they are all grown-ups and are ultimately responsible for them, they must do so themselves.

Park Jung-bin’s’two heads’ towards Jeonnam
Baek Seung-ho’s actions are too selfish. Suwon Samsung doesn’t seem to be able to meet its annual salary, so I don’t want to go to that team. And since we have to earn money, play games, and solve military problems, we will go to another team in the K-League. It is obvious that the symbo is too selfish. In the past, in such a situation, the player was absolutely’A’. Moreover, if a player plays in Europe, he avoided moral responsibility with a single word of’a grand scale’ with the absolute support of fans on his back. However, looking at the situation going back, this fight is absolutely disadvantageous for Baek Seung-ho. Baek Seung-ho has too many loopholes, both legally and morally.
Jeonbuk retreated from the recruitment of Baek Seung-ho, and Suwon Samsung also has no plans to hire Baek Seung-ho. Suwon tried to finish by receiving a penalty from Baek Seung-ho, but their feelings deepened. With the possibility of intensifying legal disputes, it seems difficult for Jeollabuk-do to take this risk and jump back before signing. While there are not many K-League clubs to match Baek Seung-ho’s salary, then Baek Seung-ho will not be able to return to Korea and go to Kim Cheon-mu. I hope that there will be no’Unple’, which says that the football player’s life was shaken by the club’s tyranny. This is 100% Baek Seung-ho’s fault.
Park Jung-bin’s situation is even more upset. Park Jung-bin earned’two heads’ toward Jeonnam. Jeonnam youth Gwangyang Steel Middle School-Gwangyang Steel High School, Park Jeong-bin moved to Wolfsburg, Germany while in high school. At that time, the team did not report to the club, and after leaving without permission, a test was conducted, and after confirming the participation in Wolfsburg, Jeonnam was notified. It was the’first back head’. Jeonnam sued Park Jung-bin because of the sudden and unauthorized exit and the problem of entering Germany, and in the end, Jeonnam won the case. As a result of the court decision, Park Jung-bin received an order for payment of 150 million won. Then Park Jung-bin came to the Jeonnam club and asked, “Please give up for the dream of a young player.

Park Jung-bin who doesn’t contact Jeonnam even after coming to the K League
In the end, Jeonnam signed an agreement with permission to advance into Germany in order to protect the dream of a promising ‘majority level’. At the time, the agreement included the return of the billion-dollar amount stated in Park Jung-bin’s payment order and the details of returning to Jeonnam first when returning to Korea. Park Jeong-bin also agreed. However, after advancing to Wolfsburg, Park Jung-bin went through his life as a Journeyman, and became an independent member of the FC Seoul uniform in December of last year. It did not return 150 million won to Jeollanam-do, and when returning to Korea, it violated the provision of priority return to Jeonnam. Moreover, Jeonnam tried to contact Park Jeong-bin, but Park Jeong-bin did not send a reply. It was’second back head’.
Baek Seung-ho’s higher awareness made it a bigger issue, but Park Jung-bin’s case is a bigger one. Park Jung-bin has already broken his promises with Jeonnam twice and is taking a very passive attitude in communicating with the Jeonnam club. The Jeonnam club said, “Park Jung-bin had never contacted us,” he said. “Rather, we made a lot of effort to get in touch with Park Jung-bin, but most of them were unsuccessful.” When I was younger, I was able to support the player who took support more than anyone else, and now broke the promise again, avoiding contact with the club, and chasing after his own profit.
The reason why this behavior deserves criticism is that it can cause enormous damage to youth players in the future. There is nothing to say even if the investment of the entire Korean youth soccer declined due to the wrong actions of one or two such players. If there are many clubs that are already trying to reduce operating expenses and such cases arise, the club may be a justification for reducing youth training expenses. It can be said that taking legal responsibility for breaking a promise that I will live my own way can be said to be, but it is important to keep in mind that such selfishness can block the path of young juniors. Korean football doesn’t end when I retire after eating well and living well, illegally and illegally.
I didn’t become a soccer player because I was good alone
Also, you shouldn’t be mistaken for being such a player because you’re so good. Right now, I am growing up as a player who is wooed by the K-League Big Club, but I must not forget that I needed a lot of money, interest, and love from so many people to grow up like this. It’s important to remember that footballers, parents, fans, the press, companies, etc. who set out to get even a little more youth support have made them feel confident. Giving hundreds of millions of won to a little kid kicking a ball isn’t because the company has money left. I hope that investing for the future isn’t foolish for some selfish players. I hope that the controversy between Baek Seung-ho and Park Jung-bin will be ended well in a common-sense method rather than a “majority-level dimension”.
