Changwon City, Gyeongsangnam-do, announced plans to introduce the marriage dream theory for the first time in the country.
A loan of 100 million won is provided at marriage, interest is exempted when giving birth to one child, and 30% of the loan principal is canceled when giving birth to two children.
In the case of giving birth to three children, the total amount is canceled.
Each local government provided various support benefits for childbirth, but Changwon City was the first to offer the largest amount of support for 100 million won.

In addition, by 2025, the company plans to create 20,000 jobs by attracting companies, and to provide support by significantly expanding housing expenses to workers and college students with Changwon addresses.
The detailed conditions of support are still in progress, and after approval from the Ministry of Health and Welfare, we aim to implement them in January next year.
The analysis is that this plan is due to the desperate situation in which Changwon City, designated as a special city, must defend a population of 1 million.
The condition specified in the special case is to maintain a population of 1 million, and in the case of Changwon City, the collapse of 1 million people is approaching.
However, even with various support measures, it remains to be seen whether this extraordinary support will lead to an effect as the population of Korea recorded the first decline last year.
