[에너지경제신문=나유라 기자] IBK IBK announced on the 4th that it will provide a non-face-to-face service for small business owners who have signed an agreement with the Korea Credit Guarantee Foundation and received special loans (simple guarantees) for ultra-low interest rates last year.

This allows small business owners to apply for extension of the loan period without visiting branches and local guarantee foundations.

IBK plans to send a non-face-to-face extension notice to small business owners who do not have information about closure or closure of business, credit management information, and bad guarantee agency information through preliminary screening. A separate text message will be sent to customers who cannot extend the non-face-to-face period.

The customer who received the text deposits the guided guarantee fee to the loan interest direct debit account, and within business hours (9 am to 4 pm) ▲ Corporate Internet Banking (kiup.ibk.co.kr) ▲ i-ONE Bank Company App (APP) ▲i-ONE Small Business App (APP) ▲IBK BOX (99.ibkbox.net) ▲You can apply for an extension to the desired non-face-to-face channel among ARS

For customers who have difficulty accessing non-face-to-face channels, we plan to add a method of extending the period through recording in the future.

An official from IBK said, “In order to increase customer convenience, we have established a non-face-to-face process without visiting branches. We will continue to devise various measures to support small and medium-sized businesses and small businesses to overcome the Corona 19 crisis.”

In order to support small and medium-sized businesses and small businesses that were difficult due to the spread of Corona 19 last year, IBK supported approximately 270,000 companies, increasing from 1.2 trillion won to 7.80 trillion won.
