If the candlelight rally between 2016 and 2017 demanded and led the impeachment of former President Park Geun-hye, it can be interpreted that the current candlelight picketing contains disappointment and reproof for the Moon Jae-in administration, who assumed the “candlelight government”.

The 4·16 Sewol Fleet Citizens’ Council and the Korean People’s Solidarity promised on April 16 are holding’candle picketing’ at the fountain in front of the Blue House until the 30th. The family members of the Sewol ferry steadily demanded of President Moon to investigate the truth of the Sewol ferry, but recent actions are highly criticized. Although the Moon Jae-in administration’s term of office has reached the end of its fourth year, the truth is that the truth has not been properly investigated.

On the 25th, Kumjam, a world without non-regular workers, and Gapjiil 119 at work held a press conference in front of the Blue House fountain on the 25th and announced that “Gwanghwamun and Democrats nationwide will hold candles and demand the ban on reinstatement and dismissal of Kim Jin-suk.” They said, “The dismissal of Kim Jin-suk shared his review of attending the delegates’ conference at the state-owned Korea Shipbuilding Corporation in 1986 to his fellow union members. He said, “Unfair torture victims and unfair dismissal by the clear state public power.” They plan to hold candlelight demonstrations at 50m intervals in the two-way sidewalk between Gwanghwamun and Blue House on the 30th.
