In the video, the vehicle ran about 200m of the sidewalk and left the policeman. Afterwards, the vehicle changed its escape route to the driveway and increased its speed. When the police car was chasing, ignoring the traffic lights, he quickly turned and ran into the alleyway.

The drunk-driving vehicle also refused to stop the police, and tried hard to stop the pursuit while driving a breathtaking acrobatic drive between the parked vehicle and the citizens walking through the alleys. While the police car slowed down for a while due to the safety of the citizens walking on the street, the drunk driving vehicle disappeared from view, but was caught by the police who predicted the escape route again.

The drunk driving vehicle ran through the alley 3km for about 6 minutes, and stopped after the police even used another police car dispatched to the scene to block both the front and rear runways. According to the police’s instructions, Mr. A stopped on the side of the road and did not get out of the car in order not to take a breath test.

Mr. A’s blood alcohol concentration, which the police confirmed at the end of the chase, was 0.185%, which was the number of license cancellation. The police found that Mr. A had a drink with an acquaintance and witnessed the scene of the police’s drinking crackdown on his way home, and ran to the sidewalk when there was no road to avoid.

The police arrested Mr. A on the charge of drunk driving, but the punishment for the escape process does not follow. This is because, even if they run away from the drinking crackdown site, punishment is impossible under the current law unless a secondary accident occurs, such as injuries to the police crackdown.

A police official said, “The risk of a secondary accident was high, running down the road in a dangerous manner and driving down the alleyway.
