On the 18th, the Daegu Seongseo Police Department arrested seven people, including one business owner, three customers, and three helpers, on charges of violating the administrative order prohibiting gatherings (violation of the Infectious Disease Prevention and Management Act).

According to the police, owner A is under suspicion of secretly operating a bar in Bonri-dong, Dalseo-gu, Daegu, around 10 pm on the 16th.

A police official said, “The found business was where reports of illegal business came in from last year until recently,” and said, “We confirmed the fact of illegal business through seizure and search.”
