“I can see everything from the outside”… Hotel called by the police to protest invisibility window

In places such as saunas and indoor swimming pools, coated glass may be installed invisible from the outside. There was a problem that a luxury hotel in Jeju might also have such a coated glass, and he used the sauna with peace of mind, but the facilities were not properly equipped, so there was a problem that he could see inside. However, the hotel only called the police after making excuses for the guest’s problem.

This is the Grand Chosun Jeju Hotel in the Jeju Jungmun Tourist Complex, which opened last month.

An existing luxury hotel was purchased and remodeled, and a new building with 50 suites was built.

However, a newlywed couple, who stayed in the hotel’s new building for two days from the 11th, posted a damage article on the portal bulletin board saying that the female suite sauna and toilet were visible from the outside.

In the photo uploaded together, the sauna thermometer and shower booth are clearly visible.

The victim claimed that the window coating was invisible from the outside, so she went to and from the swimming pool and shower room, and that the blinds were not lowered, so the body was exposed.

It cost more than 800,000 won per night to the hotel, and I raised a problem with the management of the facility, but the only thing that came back was an excuse.

Moreover, because of social distancing, there were not many hotel guests, so I had to hear that there would be no problem.

The hotel said that it was confirmed that the blinds in the sauna could not be put down, and that the police and CCTV are being thoroughly investigated.
