A national petition from the Blue House said that his wife died without being properly treated due to a misdiagnosis by the university hospital medical staff.

The petition posted on the 17th contains the situation from the wife’s hospitalization to death, as well as the request to relieve her resentment.

According to the petition, petitioner A’s wife gave birth in February last year at a university hospital.

Two months later, he had a problem with his body and was admitted to the same hospital.

The professor in charge diagnosed her with early blood cancer.

Mr. A said, “I got the first and second anticancer injections, but there was no remedy, and the professor recommended a new drug anticancer injection.” It was more correct.”

He also said that he completely believed that the professor in charge was a famous professor in the hospital.

The new drug anticancer injection was not covered by insurance, so it cost about 6 million won once.

However, the wife’s condition worsened and eventually moved to another hospital.

The hospital that I transferred was diagnosed as’chronic active EB virus infection and cytomegalovirus’, not blood cancer.

However, my wife’s condition was difficult to treat any further.

Mr. A said, “My wife is in a very bad condition, and there is no cure because the body’s immunity is broken due to existing chemotherapy or some reason.”

“I can’t forget that the professor at the hospital I moved to said,’I’ve burned it all out in the early days trying to catch bed bugs.'”

At the same time, he claimed that the body was damaged by chemotherapy due to a misdiagnosis at the first hospital, and that additional treatment was not possible.

My wife died on the 14th of last month.

Mr. A appealed that he would like to clarify the truth regarding this incident.

Mr. A said, “Even if I had a proper diagnosis at the first hospital, it would have been possible to have a proper treatment in a state that could walk around. The professor at the hospital said it wasn’t a mistake and told me to do it if I wanted to sue.

He said, “I’m in crisis with tens of thousands of won in hospital bills, and I’m worried about how to raise a child without a mother.”

As of 11 am today, more than 20,000 people have agreed on this petition.

The university hospital that Mr. A made the problem stressed was not a mistake.

In a phone call with JTBC, a hospital official said, “As a result of checking with the professor, there is no mistaken diagnosis, and it is a position that the patient was treated normally according to the patient’s condition and standard guidelines.”
