An incident occurred in June of last year in which a middle school student posted a bracelet of 100 money in pure gold on social media and was stolen by three men in their 20s. In response, the court sentenced the party who took the bracelet to a suspended sentence.

According to the court on the 17th, the 15th Criminal Division of the Incheon District Law (presidential court) was suspended for 2 years and 6 months in prison for A (21), B (21), and C (23) who were charged with special robbery at the time. It was announced today that he would be sentenced to 1 year and ordered probation and 160 hours of community service.

On June 26, last year, at 3 am, Mr. D (at the time 15 years old) in front of a commercial building in Yeonsu-dong, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, was indicted for stealing 100 money of pure gold (worth 27.4 million won) bracelet after threats and assault.

Three people, including Mr. A, a senior and junior, whom he usually knows in the neighborhood, decided to take it after seeing the gold bracelet that Army D posted on social media. Afterwards, A knows that the acquaintance is an SNS friend of Group D and calls out D through the acquaintance.

It was investigated that Mr. A and others forcibly loaded the manned D Army into a passenger car and stole the gold bracelet they were wearing by hitting the face with a fist.

After the crime, it was confirmed that they took advantage of selling the gold bracelets they stole to the gold and silver room.

The judge said, “The crime was not good because they jointly assaulted and threatened young victims to steal expensive pure gold bracelets,” and said, “I committed a crime even though I had a history of receiving multiple juvenile protection measures for joint blackmail and special theft.” Explained. He said, “However, the sentence was decided in consideration of the fact that the victim did not want to be punished by agreeing with the victim.”
