Hyundai Motor Group Chairman Eui-sun Eui-sun said at a meeting, “Hydrogen can be used not only as an energy source, but also as an energy storage medium, so it is expected to play the role of’energy currency’ in the carbon-neutral era. “We will build a healthy hydrogen ecosystem where production, distribution, and utilization are organically carried out, and we will advance the realization of a hydrogen society through successful energy conversion.”

At the meeting, the two companies decided to promote multilateral cooperation in hydrogen-related business fields, such as ▲ supplying 1,500 hydrogen electric vehicles ▲ building hydrogen and ultra-high-speed electric vehicle charging infrastructure ▲ promoting the establishment of the Korean version of the K-Hydrogen Council.
