Hyundai Motor Company announced on the 26th that the number of pre-contracts for the multipurpose vehicle (MPV) Staria reached 11,03 (as of the 25th).
This figure exceeds Avante and Tucson. Avante recorded 1,58 units on the first day of the pre-contract, and Tucson recorded 1842 units.
Hyundai Motor Company has installed major driving assistance (ADAS) technology on all Staria trims as standard. Hyundai explained that such a decision caused a good response from consumers.
Staria has ▲ front collision avoidance assistance ▲ lane departure prevention assistance ▲ rear side collision prevention assistance ▲ rear cross collision avoidance assistance ▲ lane maintenance assistance ▲ smart cruise control.
All Staria trims come standard with an eight-speed automatic transmission. If you choose a six-speed manual transmission at Staria Lounge and Cargo, you will lose 2.1 million won from the car price. Smart cruise control specifications are also excluded.
Staria Lounge is a 9-seater diesel 2.2 VGT engine with a prestige of 36.61 million won and an inspiration of 44,480 won. 9 passengers are not subject to individual consumption tax.
The inspiration price for the 7-seater diesel Staria Lounge with an individual consumption tax of 3.5% is 41.3 million won.
In addition to the diesel 2.2 VGT engine, Hyundai Motor Company will also sell an LPG 3.5 engine model to the Staria Lounge. If the LPG 3.5 engine is applied, 300,000 won is discounted.

Staria Cargo is largely divided into 3-seater and 5-seater. The three-seater cargo smart price is 27.22 million won, and the three-seater cargo modern price is 2872 million won. The 5-seater Cargo Smart costs 27.95 million won and the Modern costs 29.52 million won. The LPG 3.5 engine can be applied from the modern trim, and 300,000 won is discounted if this engine is applied.
