“How dare you have an affair?”… Indian man murdered his wife who hides under the bed for 6 hours

[아시아경제 최은영 기자] A man in India murdered a young man who had an affair with his wife after hiding under the bed for six hours.

Local media such as Times of India announced on the 27th that the police in Bayadirahali, West Bengaluru, arrested Barat Kumar, 31, for murder and are investigating it.

Barat, who married his wife Baptah, 31, eight years ago, was an ordinary father with two daughters.

It was three years ago that an abnormality occurred in the marital relationship between the two. It was since Shibaraji, 27, a young man from his wife’s hometown, came to the couple asking for a job introduction.

Shibaraji, who was introduced to work, visited the couple’s homes periodically afterwards, and at one point confessed her love to Baptah.

Bapta, who initially refused, accepted his confession at the appearance of Shibaraji who begged and threatened with “I would rather die”.

When Barat noticed his wife’s affair, he warned several times, but Butterta left the house and set up a separate accommodation. Shibaraji visited Bapta’s house once or twice a week and spent time together.

After deciding to get revenge, Barat bought a weapon and planned the crime around his wife’s quarters.

Barat sneaked into the dorm on the 24th at around 8:30 pm, after his wife left the door open for a while. After that, from around 9 PM, he hid under an extra bed and waited for 6 hours until dawn the next day.

Baptah and Shibaraji, who didn’t even dream of Barat hiding under the bed, ate dinner together and went to bed.

Barat, who was waiting for the time, got up at around 3 am and went to the bathroom. He walked the door outside to prevent him from blocking him, and stabbed Shibaraji, who was sleeping with a prepared weapon.

After Shibaraji’s death, Barat opened the bathroom door so that his wife, Baptah, could see it. Later, he surrendered to the police through his relatives.

Police announced that Barat had been arrested on the spot and confessed to all the crimes.
