“My friends around me contacted me and I was surprised, so I went to the Internet and said that it has been up a lot.

Reports that the GTX C line connecting Suwon and Yangju is returning at Sangnoksu Station raised the writhing house price.

“In anticipation that GTX will pass the Sangnoksu Station here, the sale of nearby apartments has disappeared, and the price has soared.”

Those who hesitated to buy even feel deprived when prices soar in an instant.

“I think the timing was right fortunately. My friends seem to have a little stomachache…”

There were inquiries about buying an apartment right away at the real estate agency near the station, and there were even long lines.

In particular, young people in their 30s were attracted to it.

“Suddenly, it’s cheap to the people of Seoul. A lot of young people in their 30s and 40s came.”

When the market was upset, there were signs of’panic buying’ that forced buying houses.

Experts advised not to move in haste with a railway plan that has not yet been finalized.

The government plans to announce measures to expand housing supply to stabilize the market as early as next week and at least before the Lunar New Year holidays.
