Musical actor Hong Ji-min shared the recent status of a healthy diet after childbirth.

Hong Ji-min appeared as a guest in the Tuesday invitation corner of KBS1’s’Morning Madang’, which aired on the 2nd.

Hong Ji-min has attracted attention with a miracle diet that loses 32 kg in 3 months after giving birth to her second child. He confessed, “I gave birth to my second child at the age of 45. Now I ate with excitement because I thought it was the last pregnancy of my life. I liked to eat it, so when I ate it, I gained 92 kg of weight.”

He said, “When I was born, I only lost 3kg. I was sick and I couldn’t sing well because I was a lot of weight. I thought I could sing well, but it wasn’t.”

Hong Ji-min said that she focused on dieting. He said, “On January 1, 2018, I started dieting at 89kg. I lost 28kg in 3 months because I thought I should be healthy, and I lost 32kg by subtracting a little more. I received various help such as diet and exercise.” Said.

He is also on the lookout for yo-yo coming. Hong Ji-min said, “After losing weight like that, when Corona 19 broke out and there weren’t many performances, the yo-yo came slowly. I studied why yo-yo comes in a healthy diet. “I didn’t do it. I lose muscle mass and lose body fat. If I eat it, I steam again.”

He said, “This time I decided on a healthy diet and started exercising. My goal is to make my weight, muscle mass, and body fat standard.”
