This text was sent around 3:30 PM.

This time, the content is a little bolder.
“You’re frustrated with Corona 19, but come out to sweep the snow. Civil servants work on snow removal! Guri citizens make a snowman, etc.”

Since yesterday, Guri City has been holding a contest for’Sweeping Snow and Making Snow Works’.
It is an event designed to encourage citizens to clear their eyes.
After clearing the snow, you can make a snowman or other work with the collected snow, take a picture, and send it to a lottery for a gifticon or certificate.

Disaster texts informing of emergency situations were used for publicity purposes.
