[뉴스피크] Gyeonggi Province announced on the 7th that it is recruiting companies in the province to participate in the ‘2021 Russia Innovation Task Consulting Support Project’ by the 26th.

The Russian Innovation Task Consulting Support Project is a project that discovers and introduces Russian innovative technologies, and supports companies in the province that wish to enter the Russian market.

Russia is a powerhouse in basic technology and its original technology is excellent, so it generates great profits when technology commercialization is successful. Doo explained that it is starting this project to support full-cycle cooperation between SMEs in the province and Russian innovative companies for commercialization of original technologies.

Companies selected for this project can receive full-cycle consulting on introduction and commercialization in discovering innovative technologies in Russia, and matching support with Russian innovative companies. The province also plans to provide professional legal and marketing advice necessary for the transaction and contract process.

There are 10 recruiting companies, and you can select up to 3 areas of consulting per company and receive applications within 15 times. Consulting is conducted on-site through dispatch of experts, and will be conducted for about 3 months after selection.

Last year, MGen Co., Ltd. (Suwon City), a Russian innovation task consulting beneficiary company, discovered DABAI AUTOMATIV, a Russian partner in the field of automobile parts through consulting, and made a technical alliance business agreement (MOU) for joint development of three-dimensional inspection equipment for automobile parts. And was selected as a support project for the commercialization of innovative technologies in Russia in 21 years, and meaningful results are being created with full-cycle support from the company.

The province is promoting the role of a technology matching platform by opening the Gyeonggi-Russian Technology Cooperation Center in October 2019 to reinforce win-win cooperation through technical cooperation between Russian and Gyeonggi-do companies.

In particular, this year, through collaboration with the Korea Technology Credit Guarantee Fund, it is planning to provide key information and professional consulting related to technology transfer and transaction in Russia and acquisition of IP (intellectual property rights), and for the first time, the budget for online video promotion will be supported.

Companies wishing to apply for the’Russian Innovation Task Consulting Support Project’ can apply through the Gyeonggi Technopark Performance Management System (https://pms.gtp.or.kr/).

A provincial official said, “I hope that SMEs in Gyeonggi Province will become familiar with the Russian business environment through this consulting support project, and strengthen cooperation with Russian companies to create various cases of cooperation between Gyeonggi-do and Russian companies.”
