[기계신문] Gyeonggi Province is recruiting companies to participate in the’Nano Small Business Support Project’, which provides up to 27 million won to local system semiconductors and nano companies by April 20th.

This project aims to help SMEs overcome difficulties encountered in the process of commercialization and strengthen their technological competitiveness, and support technology development, test and analysis of prototypes, and technology exchange between participating companies.

In particular, it plans to provide support for start-up companies to move into the one-person creation support center within the Korea Nanotechnology Institute and provide customized start-up capability enhancement programs for each company.

In the first half (April-October), a total of 13 companies, including 7 general companies and 6 start-up companies, will be selected. General companies can receive a maximum of 24 million won (corporate levied 6 million won), and start-up companies up to 27 million won (corporate levied 4 million won).

Participation qualifications are for general companies, small and medium-sized system semiconductors and nano companies in the province, and start-up companies can apply for one-person creative companies in the province or prospective entrepreneurs whose resident registration is located in Gyeonggi-do as of the date of notification.

Documents to be submitted, such as an application for participation, can be submitted by designated e-mail by April 20, and detailed information can be found on the Gyeonggi Provincial Office website and the Korea Nanotechnology Institute website.
