[경기평화신문=김영근 기자]Gyeonggi Province announced on the 7th that it will recruit companies in the province to participate in the ‘2021 Russia Innovation Task Consulting Support Project’ by the 26th.

The Russia Innovation Task Consulting Support Project is a project to discover and introduce Russian innovative technologies and to support companies in the province who wish to enter the Russian market.

Russia is a powerhouse in basic technology and its original technology is excellent, and it is said that the success of technology commercialization will generate great profits. Gyeonggi-do explained that it is starting this project to support full-cycle cooperation between SMEs and Russian innovative companies in commercialization of original technologies in the province.

Companies selected for this project can receive full-cycle consulting on introduction and commercialization in discovering innovative technologies in Russia, and matching support with Russian innovative companies. The province also plans to provide professional legal and marketing advice necessary for the transaction and contract process.

There are 10 recruiting companies, and you can select up to 3 areas of consulting per company and receive applications within 15 times. Consulting will be conducted on-site through dispatch of experts and will be conducted for about 3 months after selection.

Last year, M-Gen Co., Ltd. (Suwon City), a Russian innovation task consulting beneficiary company, discovered DABAI AUTOMATIV, a Russian partner in the field of automobile parts through consulting, and signed a technical alliance business agreement (MOU) for joint development of 3D inspection equipment for automobile parts. It was signed and was selected as a support project for the commercialization of innovative technologies in Russia in 21 years, and meaningful results are being created by receiving full-cycle support from the company.

The province is promoting the role of a technology matching platform by opening the Gyeonggi-Russian Technology Cooperation Center in October 2019 to reinforce win-win cooperation through technical cooperation between Russian and Gyeonggi-do companies.

In particular, this year, through cooperation with the Korea Technology Credit Guarantee Fund, it is planning to provide key information and professional consulting related to technology transfer and transaction in Russia and acquisition of IP (Intellectual Property Rights).
