According to the city of Gwangju on the 28th, from the 26th to the previous day, 3274 people in 50 places out of 1,879 people in 148 nursing hospitals and facilities completed vaccination, and two of them had adverse reactions.

This is a number of 297 people in 42 places out of 8800 people in 65 nursing hospitals, and 297 people in 8 places out of 2079 people in 83 nursing facilities, and 30.1% of the total recipients received AZ vaccination.

After vaccination, there were 1 inoculators who showed adverse reactions on the 26th and 27th. On the 26th, one resident in a nursing facility complained of a local allergic reaction that caused hives to occur in the body such as the neck, and the previous day, one inoculated at the nursing hospital showed symptoms of fever.

Gwangju City Welfare and Health Bureau Director Park Hyang said, “If you are eligible for vaccination, be sure to record the drug-allergic reactions when filling out the preliminary form.”

On the other hand, vaccinations will not be carried out during the 3/1 holiday period from this day. The AZ vaccination will resume on the 2nd of the following month after the holiday ends, and the Pfizer vaccination will begin on the 3rd of the following month.
